TRADITIONAL S’MORES
Ingredients: 1 Box Graham Crackers
Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars
1 Bag Marshmallows
Directions: Roast a marshmallow over fire and place on a graham cracker that
already has a square of the chocolate bar on it. Top it off with
another graham cracker. Enjoy!
CHOCOLATE PEATNUT BUTTER S’MORES
Ingredients: 1 Box Chocolate Graham Crackers
1 Bag Bite Size Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
1 Bag Marshmallows
Directions:
Roast a marshmallow over fire and place on a chocolate graham
cracker. After removing the foil and paper from a peanut butter
cup, put it on top of the marshmallow. Top it off with another
chocolate graham cracker. Enjoy!
S’MORES AND MORE
Ingredients: 1 Box of Graham Crackers
1 Bag of Marshmallows
Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars
1 Bag of Kraft Caramels
Directions: Roast a marshmallow and a Kraft caramel on a stick over fire and
place on a graham cracker that already has a square of the
chocolate bar on it. Top it off with another graham cracker.

S’MORES WITH A TWIST
Ingredients:
1 Box or Bag of Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Bag of Marshmallows
Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars

cookie that already has a square of the chocolate bar on it. Top
it off with another chocolate chip cookie. Enjoy!
SIMPLE S’MORES
Ingredients: Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies
Marshmallows
Directions: Roast a marshmallow and place between two cookies. Enjoy!
CRUNCHY S'MORES
Ingredients: 1 Box Graham Crackers
Nestle's Crunch Bars
1 Bag Marshmallows
Directions:
Roast a marshmallow over fire and place on a graham cracker that
already has a square of the crunch bar on it. Top it off with
another graham cracker. Enjoy!
BROOMSTICK PIES
Ingredients: Crescent Rolls
Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding (or any pie filling you desire)
Butter
Directions:
Use wooden broomstick handles or any wooden handles for this
recipe. If there is paint on the handle, remove and clean first.
Drape one of the crescent rolls over the top of the handle, work
it around the handle then square together so there are no holes.
Hold this over the hot coals (no flames, please) and rotate
continuously until browned. When crescent roll slides up and
down easily, it is done. Remove crescent roll with paper towel
(it will be hot, be careful). Spoon in the pudding or your
favorite topping. Enjoy!
BROWN BEARS
Ingredients: Cinnamon
Sugar
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Melted Butter
18" Stick
Aluminum Foil
Directions: Cover the stick with the tin foil as smoothly as possible. Wrap
the crescent roll tightly, around the stick. Cook over the fire
until it turns a golden brown. Pour the melted butter over the
crescent roll. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over buttered roll.
Hold the stick and push the brown bear off onto a plate. Enjoy!
Comment: When you are cooking, if it starts to fall off of the
stick, pull it away from the fire, wrap around the stick more
tightly and continue cooking. Enjoy!
CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW BANANAS
Ingredients: Banana, for each person
Bag of Mini Marshmallows
Bag of Chocolate Chips
Foil
Knife
Butter
Directions: Cut a slit on the side of each banana -- don't cut all the way
through. Loosen the peel gently and pack with marshmallows and
chocolate chips. Place some butter inside also. Take foil and
make a packet for each banana. Place over campfire for 10-15
minutes. Enjoy!
CHOCOLATE ORANGES
Ingredients:
1 Orange per person
Package of Jiffy Chocolate Cake Mix
Directions: Slice the top off an orange about 1/4 of the way down and remove
fruit. Prepare the cake mix according to the package and spoon
into orange shell. Each orange should be about 2/3 of the way
full. Place the top of the orange back on the shell. Wrap in foil
and place in the coals of a fire for about 15 minutes. For
variety, you can substitute other cake mixes.
Mix will fill about 6 oranges.
CINNAMON-SUGAR BISCUIT STICK
Ingredients:
Can of Ready to Cook Biscuits
1/2 Cup Sugar
5 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Stick Butter
Green Stick or Camping Fork
Directions:
Melt butter in square cake pan & keep warm. Mix cinnamon & sugar
and place in pie pan. Open biscuits and roll into long strip.
Wtap a biscuit on a stick and hold over fire without touching the
flames. Cook until light golden brown. When dough moves easily
without sticking, it is done. Roll dough in the melted butter and
then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Enjoy!
MOUNTAIN PIE
Ingredients:
Loaf of Bread
Some Real Butter
A Can of your Favorite Pie Filling
A Pie Iron
Directions: Butter two pieces of bread, put one slice buttered side down in
the pie iron. Spoon in three tablespoons of your favorite pie
filling, and then cover it with the other slice of bread buttered
side up. Close the Pie Iron and put it in the fire. Turn it every
three seconds for about four minutes. Remove from the Pie Iron.
Enjoy!
For variety replace the pie filling with pizza toppings, cheese,
1 teaspoon of your favorite sauce, pepperoni, etc. Leave in the
fire just a little longer for mountain pizza.
WACKY TAFFY
Ingredients:
Ritz Crackers
Caramel Squares
Directions: Place unwrapped caramel squares on a stick or bbq fork and roast
like you would marshmallows only not as long -- just heat them up
a little. Place the caramel in between two Ritz Crackers. Enjoy!
ZIPLOCK ICE CREAM
Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Milk (doesn't matter what kind)
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla (you can try other flavors)
1 Pint Size and 1 Quart Size Ziplog Freezer Bags
6 Tablespoons of Rock Salt or Regular Salt
Directions: Add the milk, sugar and vanilla to a pint size Ziplock freezer
bag and zip shut. Place that bag in a quart size or larger
Ziplock bag. Add ice to fill bag 1/2 way, plus 6 tablespoons salt
(rock or regular). Zip that one shut and shake, turn, toss and
mix the bag. In 5-10 minutes you will have cold hands and yummy
ice cream. Be sure to get all the salt off the smaller bag
before you open it. Enjoy!
FYI: Doubling this recipe doesn't seem to work.
BANANA BOAT
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Hershey Chocolate Bar with Almonds
3 Marshmallows
Peanut Butter
Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil
Directions: Shape foil into the shape of a boat. Peel banana and slice
lengthwise. Put banana into foil boat. Place chocolate bar on
top of banana. If desired, add a spoon of peanut butter on top
of the chocolate bar. Place marshmallows on top. Wrap tightly.
Place on coals and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Serve
immediately. Enjoy!
