Your complete satisfaction is our goal at
Propane-Campfire.com
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of any of our products, notify us within 30 days for a full
refund or replacement. A return authorization must be provided prior to any returned item. Any returned item must be in original reusable
packaging and in new working order. This outdoor propane fire pit is designed to operate with propane only. The propane and the propane tank
are not included with campfire.
Propane-Campfire.com normally ships products within 5 business days after an
order is placed. In the event the Propane Campfire fire pit is backordered from the manufacturer of otherwise unavailable, you will be
notified as soon as possible by the most efficient communication. (Phone or email)
Shipping on all ground orders will be charged UPS rates for shipping and
handling.
We normally ship by UPS ground. If you need Overnight or 2 Day Air Delivery, please contact us at
(877) 231-1682, for shipping charges. Those rates will be be based on UPS rates, and charged at the rate charged by the shipper without added
handling charges.

Propane-Campfire.com is committed to customer satisfaction.
The Little Red Propane Campfire is a safe, convenient appliance when used
properly. However, as with all gas appliances, certain safeguards must be observed. It is your responsibility to properly operate and care for
your gas appliance. Warning: Failure to follow the manufacturers safety guidelines, may result in hazardous fire, burns or other
serious bodily injury or property damage.
Warranty Issues will be directed to Camco Manufacturing, Inc.
EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE: This Warranty does not apply to any claims arising from misuse, abuse,
unauthorized repair or alteration, circumstances where Little Red Campfire is used contrary to Camco's product instructions; or
damage or defect attributable to fire or other casualty, including, without limitation, acts of God or exposure to abrasive or corrosive
materials or pollutants.
PROCEDURE: Owners of inoperative units should contact the manufacturer,
as listed on the instruction pamphlet. A copy of the sales slip must accompany units returned to the manufacturer. Claims will be
handled on an individual basis by the Camco Manufacturing, Inc., the manufacturer of the Little Red Campfire. Camco has been a trusted leader
in the production of RV Parts and Accessories since 1968, and has produced many of the RV convenience products that we take for granted today.
They have 4 manufacturing facilities in the United States, with Made in America pride.
